Theories of Justice

This course explores the idea of justice through critical debates in law and policy across a range of settings, from local to global. Topics may include: licensing parents, racial disparities in policing, sexual violence and contested cultural practices, immigration debates, duties to distant others, truth and reconciliation. Prerequisites: Registration status: Year 3 or Year 4.
